The Cambridge Royale is a gin-based cocktail with a surprise. Made with English gin deliciously combined with lemon juice, sugar and fruit juice, and topped with bubbly to toast the new arrival.
Visitors to Gillray’s who quote the password ‘Royal Baby’ when ordering will be able to buy the Cambridge Royale cocktail for the price of £10.50.
