Discover your green fingers with the new Cocktail Gardener Masterclasses this Spring at The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant, Knightsbridge.
 
In partnership with Lottie Muir, The Cocktail Gardener, the iconic London restaurant is offering patrons the chance to step behind the hallowed bar and create a floral delight using freshly picked exotic ingredients such as raspberry shrub, geranium leaves, honeysuckle syrup and fennel fronds.
 
Guests will enjoy one of Lottie’s unique cocktail creations on arrival before learning how to best blend floral flavours with favourite spirits, and add the finishing touches with garnishes to delight your tastebuds.
Lottie Muir, The Cocktail Gardener, says: “I am excited to be hosting these classes at The Rib Room Bar. The ingredients on show provide guests with beautiful natural options they can grow or forage to infuse and garnish their own cocktail creations.”

The Cocktail Gardener Masterclasses will be held from 3pm on Saturday 7 and 14 June at The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant.
 
The class costs £29 per person including three cocktails and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Bookings are essential; advance payment required to guarantee your place.
